The beautiful 5 bedroom, 3000 square foot, 3 storey home has been recreated to enhance the original  
heritage style from 1908. French doors, hardwood floors and a rich color theme add to the turn of  
the century charm.  
This home has a fully fenced private yard that envelopes lush, colorful gardens and fruit trees.  
The back yard has a private deck, comfortable outdoor furnishings, stainless steel barbecue and a  
tranquil pond.  A great space to relax or entertain. 
In the early evening, the garden lights turn on automatically making the ambiance magical. 
Our cottage bedroom, which is included in the 5 bedroom rental home, has french doors that  
open to a private sitting area, garden and pond. 
You are steps away from Abbott Street(a gorgeous corridor), which has a walk/bike/roller blade path  
that runs parallel along Lake Okanagan and leads to many beach access points.  
Excellent rental for families and business travelers alike.   
The 3rd floor Media Room has a big screen T.V. with surround sound. 
HD Plasma Flat screen is located on the 1st level living/kitchen/dining area.

Our kitchen is where the heart of the home is.  Fantastic for entertaining, as it opens to the  
family living and dining area.

The dining area has a large pedestal dining table with 12 high top leather chairs and the room  
orients the front gardens and deck. 
  
 Master Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed. The master en suite has a claw foot bath and separate  
glass shower. All beds have Serta Pillow Top Mattresses with matching comforter, bed skirt, and  
pillow shams. Cozy cotton sheets for a great  
nights sleep!! This room has it's own air  
conditioner and T.V.  
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed. This 2nd floor bedroom faces the back yard and the sounds of the  
tranquil babbling pond. A ceiling fan above the bed creates cool comfort on those warm nights.  
Bedroom 3: 1 King Bed. This spacious bedroom has its own air conditioner. It offers a  
sitting/reading area with T.V. and DVD player. 
Bedroom 4: 1 Double Bed located on the 3rd floor. This bedroom steps down into a quaint space. Just  
outside this bedroom, a queen hide-a-bed couch is nestled in a cozy nook.  
Bedroom 5: 1 Queen Bed.  This bedroom is located in a cottage style suite behind the main  
residence and has french doors that open to the garden and pond area. It includes a 3 piece bathroom. 

Activities and Attractions

Kelowna International Airport is within a 25 minute drive.  
Greyhound Bus Terminal is a fifteen minute drive. 
Transit can be reached by walking less than 1 minute.  
There are 10 executive and championship golf courses within a 5 to 20 minute drive away, as we are  
centrally located. 
Big White and Silver Star Ski Resorts are within a 1 to 1 1/2 hour(s) drive. 
Enjoy shopping at quaint boutiques and antique shops only minutes away. Within a five minute walk,  
you with find the "Village by the Lake" community. It offers cafes, grocery shopping, post office, a  
number of little shops, video stores, banks, beaches, sport rental stores, take out food, liquor  
store, authentic and casual restaurants and most service amenities. 
Many wineries are approximately a 10-15 minute drive, including Summer Hill, Mission Hill and Cedar  
Creek to name a few.   
The hospital is a 5 minute walk.  
Lake Okanagan and Kinsmen Park is 1/2 block down the street. A perfect a place for a cool dip, a  
game of tennis or a picnic at the tables or benches.  This beautiful Park also has a  
playground. Kinsmen Park is a perfect place to bring your coffee in the stillness of morning  
or watch a sunset with a glass of wine.  
You are minutes to many access points to beaches. 
Boat Launches are within a 5 minute drive. 
Our property is less than 1 mile from downtown, Prospera Place and Casino.
