This great luxury retreat sits on a large lot in the much desired Gravois Arm and has a panaramic
view of the channel. The home has an open floor plan with four bedrooms and two and a half baths.

Guest enter this 2400 sq ft home on the upper level with its open balcony overlooking the main floor
dining area below. Upstairs are three bedrooms all with king size beds. One has cable TV/VCR the
other two have TV/VCR's (no cable). There is a bathroom with large walk-in shower located off the
hallway. Also located upstairs is the Master Suite that has its own bath and lakeside balcony. The
master also has a king size bed and cable TV/VCR. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The downstairs is
set up with a large spacious open floor plan that includes a living room (queen sofa sleeper) with a
gas fireplace, cable TV/DVD with surround sound. The large open kitchen has new stainless steel
appliances. There is a large angled island with seating for four. The kitchen opens into the dining
area that boasts a pine log table with seating for 10. All of the lower level has lots of windows
with great views of the lake. There is a 1/2 bath located off the kitchen. The laundry room is also
located off the kitchen and has a front loading washer/dryer.

Guest have access to several exterior features of the home. Enjoy relaxing on the large deck with
its beautiful waterfall that begins deckside and continues down to the lake. The deck is accessible
from the lower level. It is furnished with a complete patio set that includes outdoor dining,
several lounge chairs and gas grill. Water lovers will enjoy the new, very large concrete dock,
great for fishing, swimming or sunning. The dock has lots of seating and attached swim ladder. Boat
slip can be rented by guests. The home has a large concrete circle drive that includes attached
carport and outdoor basketball goal.

This 2400 sq ft vacation rental has several desirable features. They include central heating/air,
cable TV, VCR, DVD, surround sound, phone, ceiling fans, all bedding and dish towels. The spacious
kitchen is equipped to handle the most avid cooks. It is fully equipped and includes new stainless
steel appliances--side by side refrigerator with ice maker, range with smooth electric cooktop and
convection oven, microhood and dishwasher.

Homes are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and
basic appliances. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only and not that of adult usage.
We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath
soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Please bring replacements for
starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies,
camera, life jackets, etc.

Guests staying in this home will enjoy a panoramic view of the Lake, wonderful sunrises and
excellent fishing. This home is 25-30 minutes away from the attractions on the "busy side" of the
Lake - Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozarks and Osage Beach - via the community bridge.

15% discount for weekday stays. Full Week stays get one weekday free. Rates are based on an
6 person occupancy. 2 night minimum reservation required. Cleaning Fee - $150. On-site boat slip
