Three night minimum @ $250 per night plus $75 cleaning fee
One Week Rental: Jan-April $1,350 May-Dec $1,250 + $75 cleaning fee
One Month Rental: $3,500
Above rates plus $500 refundable reservation/security deposit.
Pet deposit $200 per pet (2 pets max.) Subject to applicable sales tax.
