Beautiful Beach House in Vero Beach

This Cape Cod style beach house is  located directly on the beach and across the street from the Indian River. It has three bedrooms and two baths. Walk along the beach and enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the dock across the street.

 
The secluded beach is perfect for shelling and turtle walks.  Cape Canaveral is only 60 miles North, Disney World and Orlando airport are about an hour and half drive, and Mickey is just around the corner at Vero's Disney Beach Resort less than 4 miles South.

The home is tastefully decorated with new king and queen sized beds plus day bed and bunk bed. Completely furnished  with dishes,towels, sheets etc... Full size washer and dryer,and Flat cable tv. Just come and enjoy the wonderful view and peaceful atmosphere! Bring a book, beach chair and bucket and shovel. 

Home is on stills so there is a magnificient view from the back porch. All the rooms are on one level, however, you need to climb a set of stairs to enter.

Sebastian Inlet State Park is just 2 miles North and it offers some of the best surfing, boating, and fishing on the East coast. Vero Beaches downtown village offers 1st class shopping and dining, and one can visit the McClarty Treasure Museum, just 1 mile North where recovered Spanish treasures were found directly off shore. Captain Hirams restaurant and bar serves cocktails on the beach, has nightly live music, they offer water craft rentals, and party and/or fishing boat charters.

The rates for these properties will fluctuate depending on the month
rented, if it is a holiday, the amount of people, and if rented for
more than one week or month. Please feel free to e-mail us with any
questions or concerns. Rents to be paid in full in advance, as well as a refundable security
deposit. A $150 exit cleaning fee (nonrefundable) will be deducted from security deposit. Payments
gladly accepted via PayPal, etc.
We are also taking applications for annual rental of these properties. Please inquire for rates.
