* Season  (Mid Nov, Dec , Jan , Feb, Mar, Apr) 
       
   Monthly Rate: $2850.-   
   Extra day: $180.-  
   Cleaning fees $70.-                         +

*Annual rental :   $2050.- x 12 months

  
DEPOSIT: $500.-
A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required; balance to be received no later than 2 weeks 
before arrival.
