Vacation Rental Rates
$600 per night; five (5) night minimum – 100% due at reservation.
For 7-10 day stay, rate is $575.00 per night.
Holiday rate $750 per night (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s)
Security deposit: $2,000 – 100% due at reservation and refunded
within 21 days of departure.
Mid-stay maid service available for $200.
Check in is at 4pm. Check out is at 10am.
Damaged or missing items will be deducted from security deposit.
