people and is great for couples and small families. Master Bedroom  
has private full bath with shower and a King bed which looks down  
the beach The Guest Bedroom has two Twin Beds and has views of Gulf  
and Beach.Living room has Full pull-out sofa. Crib and high chairs  
available if ordered in advance  
and additional fee applies. 
 Recent TOTALLY RENOVATED to Classic British Colonial style just  
under 1000 square feet.New Kitchen and baths with granite  
countertops and tile. Kitchen is fully equipped kitchen, Cable TVs 
(one 42"HDTV), air conditioning and ‘in Unit’-limited local service-  
telephone.  
On site amenities include beautiful grounds, heated pool,lounge  
chairs,barbecue grills,shuffleboard and fitness center and  laundry facility.  
Covered garage and Guest parking is on-site with limited to one car 
parking . Cribs and high chairs available for a fee. 
Wifi and Telephone also available for a fee arranged thru  
management.  
SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED and Unit 407 is a NON-SMOKING condo.

 Deposit: is $250 and 20 days before arrival balance in full  
is due. Cleaning Fee: $85   Processing Fee: $30 
Taxes 12% (7% Sales and 5% Tourist) also apply 
Cancellation: requires 45 days notice prior to arrival for a refund,  
however, a $100 administrative fee will be deducted. 
For your protection, please consider obtaining Travel Insurance, in  
case of cancellation within 45 days prior to arrival and other  
unpredictable events.
