The ocean views from this house are spectacular, especially from the sunroom/dining areas, master bedroom and deck. Our house is close to the beach with a private path leading thru the dunes onto the beach. The master bedroom has a queen as well as a full size pull-out sofa, one bedroom has a queen bed with two bunk beds (great for kids!), and the third bedroom has a queen. This house has an open floor plan with old heart pine floors throughout and a large fireplace made of old Charleston brick to add plenty of character. The house is located on a very desirable stretch of beach (uncrowded) and is one of the best priced beachfront homes on Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island
due to it's relative smaller size (3 bedrooms).
