This fairly new condo is located at Sunset Village @ Sandpiper Bay. This is a second floor unit that has a large screened balcony with a view of water and the golf course. This unit has two bedrooms that will accommodate up to 7 people comfortable. The master bedroom has two full beds and the second bedroom has two twins. The couch does not pull out into a bed but will fit one person comfortably. Beautifully decorated and in a wonderful community only minutes to the beaches.

Activities and Attractions
There are several beaches available at the Brunswick Islands along with many golf courses. Myrtle Beach is only minutes away and is full of dining and activities for the children. There are great fishing piers and water sports. The average temp is between 75-80 degrees. The coldest is around 35 degrees in Jan/Feb and hottest is around 89-95 degrees in July/Aug.

Weekly rentals are Saturday - Saturday Check in 4pm//// Check out 11am A $200.00 refundable deposit is due within 7 days of booking A rental agreement will be sent to you for your signature and 1/2 of the rental rate will be due at that time. The balance of the rental is due 30 days prior to stay. Unit must be left clean or a $65.00 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
