Hill Street Cottage is a 900-square foot guest house in the Ocean Park neighborhood of Santa Monica.

It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a complete kitchen, a living room and a dining area. It’s a great setup for a family vacationing in Southern California who wants the freedom of staying in a spacious house with a kitchen.
This Craftsman home is perfect for any family wishing to experience the best of Santa Monica and Venice. We're located 3.5 blocks from the beach, within easy walking distance of Venice Beach and the Santa Monica Pier and 2.5 blocks from Main Street.

Main Street has fabulous shopping, famous restaurants (like Wolfgang Pucks’ Chinois) and one of Los Angeles’ best Farmer's Markets on Sunday mornings.
The bathroom is off the main bedroom. The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed that can accommodate three people. We offer a crib and high chair at no extra charge.

Most importantly, we live in the front house, so we're available to assist you and can help you plan your Los Angeles/Santa Monica vacation. We look forward to seeing you!

The house has a full kitchen with a range (gas stove and oven), full-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster oven. It has full service for twelve, glassware and cookware.

We supply coffee and morning cereal so you're ready to go the first morning you're here.

The master bedroom and the living room have HDTV's with satellite. Movies can be purchased on pay-per-view using a credit card. During football season, we get the football package and we always have HBO. The living room has a DVD player. WiFi is available with a password. The telephone includes all domestic calls at no additional fee.

All towels and linens are included, including beach towels and baby washcloths for the very little ones.

A full-sized washer and dryer is exclusively for the guest house.

Parking for one car is in the driveway and a parking permit can be used for street parking.

The house is walking distance to Main Street and is a five minute bus ride to the Third Street Promenade. Venice Beach is a 20 minute walk away as is the Santa Monica Pier. The house is also close to the freeway so you can easily get to all of Southern California's attractions.
