Historic Waterside House is a fully furnished, 10 room private
farmhouse on the Bay of Fundy with spectacular views. Located
between Fundy National Park with all their amenities (heated outdoor
salt water pool, golf, tennis, hiking & biking trails, playground,
amphitheater, guided nature walks...) and Cape Enrage (kayaking,
repelling, lighthouse...). House situated in large meadow on top of
cliffs overlooking the Bay with easy access to 2 1/2 miles of
basically 'all to yourself' beach. Relax on one of the front porches
and enjoy watching the highest tides in the world, gorgeous sunsets,
& soaring marsh birds. Scenic drive to many tourist attractions and
an assortment of great restaurants. Numerous commercials have been
filmed on our property!

1 king, 2 queen, 3 twin,  old crib*. 2 full baths.
Sunporch and open porch.
Fully equiped kitchen including: stove/oven; full sized
refridgerator; highchair; dish washer; microwave; charcoal grill...
Library; radio; children's games & books; iron & board; washer &
dryer; pump organ; DVD player; golf clubs...
Pets permitted with prior written approval $300 extra security &
$50 extra charge per pet per week.
All linens and towels supplied.
*Crib is dismantled and stored away. If you wish to use this 'not-up-
to-code' crib you will need
to bring a screwdriver with you.

Golf, waterpark & amusement park, walks & hikes, arts & crafts,
shopping, fishing, horseback riding, swimming, tennis, lawn bowling,
mt. biking, repelling, kayaking, bird watching, berry picking, beach
bonfires, scenic drives, whale watching, massage, Hopewell Rocks,
beach combing...

Check in is Friday afternoon.
Check out is Thursday evening or early Friday morning.
Available seasonally from May - October
2009 fees:
June: $900.00 /week plus cleaning
July & August: $925.00 /week plus cleaning
September & October: $850 /week plus cleaning
Long weekends available Spring and Fall
Cleaning averages $100 / week
$400 deposit required per booking
