tight fit) if you prefer separate beds.

We have a special deal for Thanksgiving week, Christmas and New Years Wee
Three bedrooms Townhome: 3,000 per week from 11/12-11/19 and 11/27-12/05.

Rates vary depending on occupancy. We have three different adjacent
units 3Bd, 2Bd and Studio (the latter two of which are connected)
inside our townhouse.
This is our weekly pricing (EXEPT HOLIDAYS): For long term pricing please

If you would like 2Bd: 2500/wk
If you would like 2Bd + Studio (all are connected): 3500/wk
If you would like 3Bd: 3500/wk
If you would like 3Bd+2Bd+Studio: 16,000/mo
Discounts are available, please call to inquire.
Additional 20% for peak times, and additional 50% for holidays (incl
New Years).
Only first $100 in utilities is paid for monthly rentals. We reserve
right to change rates, please call for most updated rates.
