Entering through the gates of Acquilus you really get a sense that you have arrived.

Immediately after entering you will see on your right the first guest room with two twin beds and a full en-suite bathroom.  After leaving this room you see the living areas open up and the ocean in front of you.

Before the kitchen and living areas is the second guest room with a queen size bed, TV, DVD player and private bathroom. In this room you are fortunate enough to have a second balcony overlooking Jacksonville Beach with access only from this guest room.  This is the perfect spot for sunsets and midnight star gazing.

Out of the second guest bedroom you are led to the Kitchen.  Next to the kitchen is a half bathroom which is your true guest bathroom.  The deluxe kitchen is complete with top of the line appliances and granite counter tops this kitchen is easy to use and great for entertaining.   The kitchen bar seats 4 comfortably to socialize before dinner or for taking in the view.  The dining area seats six with an added bonus of a north facing window.  The corner aspect of this unit allows for more light and some of the best views in the building.

Past the dining area in to the living area you are greeted by a warm décor perfect for relaxing or entertaining.  The 60 inch TV sits neatly over the gas fireplace.  The DVD player and wireless internet can all be used to make this a comfortable spot to watch a good movie or reflect on a sunrise. 

Through the living area is the master bedroom, where you will find a king sized bed looking over the Atlantic ocean with a panoramic view with no rival.  Into the master bathroom you will see the attention to detail to make this a very serene place.  Double vanities, private commode, walk in shower and a whirlpool tub.  Out the sliding glass doors from the master you are led to the same 400sq/ft balcony that is accessed from the living area.

On the balcony you have a table that seats six and other chairs for lounging.  No matter the use, this is  a location that is sure to create memories that will last forever.

Jacksonville Beach is a beach rich with history and full of activities for visitors of all ages.  From the Acquilus building one can walk to shopping dining and various forms of entertainment.  There are numerous playgrounds within a short drive and further out some of the best state parks in all of Florida.  St Augustine is a short drive from Jacksonville Beach where there is a multitude of dining and shopping options along with all the tourists attractions St Augustine is famous for.  
Closer to the building you will find a mix of fine dining restaurants, Mexican, Chicago pizza places, several seafood spots and some really good places for drinks.

There is a vibrant social scene in the heart of Jacksonville Beach with concerts in several of the local clubs and presentations and festivals on the city lawn several times a year.  Ask what’s going on when you book and there is bound to be something.  Whether it’s the blue angels at our annual Sea and Sky Spectacular or watching Jaws at the amphitheater, Jacksonville Beach is a happening place. 

No matter what you do with your recreation time away from your rental home what really matters is the quality of accommodation when your “home”.  This unit is a well kept and well appointed direct ocean front condo with all the amenities you would need to truly be at ease.

2009 Rates

January 1 - February 28 $2,000 per week/ $325 per night.
March 1 - September 30 $2,300 per week/ $400 per night.
October 1 - December 31 $2,100 per week/ $350 per night.

TPC $2500 per week (May 3 - May 10, 2009)
Christmas $2500 per week
New Years $2500 per week
