This condo is state of the art, five stars, designed professionally with furnishings and accessories
in a gorgeous Asian theme. The condo has plenty of room for relaxing -- 1,265 square feet of living
space plus an additional 285 square feet of covered lanai protected from the direct sun.
The unit is located on the 3rd floor facing south, and has 30 feet of continuous windows with the
best views the Island of Maui can offer. From our windows, you will see views of the Haleakala
Volcano, Molokini Island, Kahoolawe Island, the Harbor Yachts Marina and the world’s fastest wave
called “freight trains”. This bay is also one of the best views for whale watching – simply relax
on the lanai from December through April and you’ll see whales and their babies many times each
day.
This is a great location close to all the attractions of Maui -- 12 minutes from the Airport, yet 40
feet from the ocean. Walking distance to the Maui Aquarium and the Maalaea harbor for whale
watching tours.
When it comes to dinner, just take your private elevator go down to the award-winning gourmet
restaurant, the Waterfront, or walk to the Harbor where you’ll find several nice restaurants.
