Vacation Rental Description

Rest and relax as you soak in the beauty of lake living from our
lovely wrap around porch, or lower patio if you prefer.  Peace
abounds!  Enjoy over an acre of property and 165' of shoreline in a
small cove.  

This 4000 sq. ft home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and sleeps 10-12
comfortably. 
There are large spacious rooms and views of the lake throughout. 
Create your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen or dine out
at one of the many restaurants within 10 miles.  Take on your
competition in ping pong or darts, or enjoy your favorite DVD on one
of 2 large screen TV's.  Take a nap in a porch recliner or enjoy a
bite at the table as you enjoy the birds, ducks and herons.

Available per week starting May 17.  May 17-June 30 and September
1-October 30 = $2800.00/wk
July 1-August 31 = $3200.00/wk

$100.00 non-refundable pet deposit for approved pets
$200.00 cleaning fee
$500.00 security deposit to be paid by separate check and held by
owner.  Returned at discetion of owner after final inspection

Weekend only rentals considered during the racing season at $500.00
per night.  Cleaning fee and security deposit apply.
