Property backs up to Fort Clinch State Park and has a beautiful pool and jacuzzi for your use. There's also a nice picnic area with 2 gas grills right off the pool area. Just 5 minutes from Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach which has many wonderful shops and terrific restaurants. Don't forget to take a carriage ride in Downtown or charter your own private boating tour. There are plenty of tennis courts, basketball courts and golf facilities just minutes from this lovely unit. This condo is beautifully furnished and no details have been overlooked. There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 1 bedroom with twin beds. The master has a large private bathroom with double vanities. There's also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit has a very spacious living room/dining room area. The balcony is a tiled patio with new patio furniture. This unit has been freshly painted. No pets; no smoking.

Payment in full is due 3 weeks prior to your arrival.
