cathedral ceilings, large open kitchen and gorgeous Lake Wisconsin 
river views! Watch the wildlife from every room in this beautiful 
home with so many cozy details...Curl up on the sofa with a 
good book, enjoy a movie or just take in the magnificent views. 
The master bedroom features it's own large private deck and lake 
views. Both bedrooms feature queen beds and cozy linens. There is 
also a large sleeping loft with a queen bed and room for play!
The second deck off the great room features a gas grill, an outdoor 
dining area and a fire pit for chilly evenings. Fully stocked 
kitchen with all new everything!
There is a private pier and nice park with sandy beach and swimming 
area just steps from the house. Your canoe is parked at the pier and comes with the house.
Come and enjoy our 9500 acre, all-sports lake with 57 miles of 
shoreline, sandy beaches, abundant wildlife and gorgeous scenery... 
Lake Wisconsin is a popular year~round destination! Located just 
minutes to the Wisconisn Dells and Madison...Just 2.5 hours from 
Chicago and 1.5 hours from Milwaukee! We're known here for outdoor 
fun! 
Spring~Summer
Relax on your own private deck, and later...build a fire in the 
outdoor firepit for chilly spring evenings! Rent our 20'Pontoon boat 
and explore the Lake...pull up to a local restaurant, picnic on one 
of our many sandy beaches, and fish for Walleye, Bass, Catfish, 
Muskie and Northern Pike. Birds and wildlife are abundant! Enjoy 
watching Blue Heron, Cranes, Deer, Bald Eagles, Swans and more! Grab 
a floatie and enjoy a swim in our wonderful sand-bottom lake!
Fall~Winter
Fall is the perfect time to explore our nearby State parks, 
Gibraltar Rock, hike the Ice Age Trail and MacKenzie Environmental 
Center and explore the Lake Wisconsin area. Take a drive through the 
country to see the Fall leaves turning, visit our Winery, go 
Antiquing and pumpkin picking!
Winter sports enthusiasts will love Cascade Mountain, Devils' Head, 
local cross country ski trails and snow tubing. Ice skating and ATV 
and snow mobile racing right here on the Lake! Wisconsin Dells 
indoor waterparks are just 25 minutes away!

October 1 thru April 30: $175/night 
Rates are based on 4 person occupancy. 
Additional guest fee:$25 per guest, per night
Rates do not include 5.5% Sales Tax or $95 Cleaning Fee. 
Security Deposit:$250 refunded within 14 days after departure. 
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Pets: $25/night, per pet. Additional security deposit may be 
required.
Towel service available! Winter: $10 per person  Summer: $15 per 
person
Flex booking~pick your days & dates! 3 night minimum stay required.
