Directly across from the beach with its own pool--Beautiful 3 story duplex with room for the whole gang! Great views of the Gulf to the south and Little Lagoon to the north from each floor.
Each side is 3,500 sq feet spread over 3 floors so you can be together, yet have your own space. First floor has a family room with tv/dvd/vcr and games for the kids along with a wet bar and beverage refrigerator. This floor also has
two bedrooms, two baths and a laundry room for when you come in from the pool or beach. The second floor has a large living and dining area and the kitchen, along with one of the king bedrooms. You won't find a tiny dining
table here and our spacious kitchen has two dishwashers and a second
sink in the island. The third floor has three bedrooms, two baths, and another laundry.
