situated one block from downtown Los Olivos where you’ll find the 
Best Restaurants in the Santa Ynez Valley, Fess Parker's Wine 
Country Inn & Spa, Mattie's Tavern,  Patrick's Side Street Cafe, Los 
Olivos Cafe Wine Merchant and Panano Cafe. Art galleries, wine 
tasting, etc. 
The home is fully furnished and has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, an artist’s 
studio or 1 car garage.  
Professionally restored and new, featuring custom exotic woods used 
throughout. New bathrooms and kitchen with granite and butcher-block 
countertops etc., etc.
Step into the backyard and you’ll feel like you have your own 
National Park.
An Entertainer’s delight or just relax and enjoy the private 
serenity on the redwood deck overlooking the seasonal Alamo Pintado 
Creek.

first things I want to do is to let you know how wonderful the Los 
Olivos house was! 
 We were traveling for the first time with my stepson and his 
fiancee, so I didn't want us to be too close, but I did want a 
family feeling. The setup of your house was perfect for us. We 
appreciated the privacy of bed and bath at each side of the living 
area. And you're correct, the back garden is irresistible. We spent 
most of our house time, morning and evening, outside, and even 
enjoyed a fire in the firepit one evening. 
 We have stayed in rental homes on trips throughout the world, and 
yours was the best situated, best designed and best furnished we 
have found.
 The town itself is delightful, as well. We will highly recommend 
your Little Slice of Heaven to friends and keep it in mind for

"The location of your rental house easily accessible yet privately 
located on a quiet street within a 2 minute walking distance to 
town, but the house itself surpassed my expectations:  tons of 
parking capacity in the long driveway, large rooms, bright, airy, 
and spacious living areas, laundry and full kitchen amenities, and I 
can’t say enough about the big and beautiful back yard!  My mother 
felt so much at home there that she did some gardening on the 
property!  It truly was “A Slice of Heaven”.  I would certainly

Activities and Attractions

Follow the Sideways Trail for Wine tasting and winery tours, at the 
over 70 local wineries. Including Fess Parker, Firestone, Gainey, 
Sunstone, Foley, Bridelwood , etc.
Santa Barbara, the "Riviera" of the Pacific is just 30 
minutes away.
A relaxing 10 minute drive to the Chumash Casino for gaming or The 
Spa.
There are many Day Spas in the area.
Golf at the well known Alisal River Course, La Purisma, and the San 
Marcos Golf course.
The Danish style village of Solvang is less than 10 minutes away.  
Solvang, is home to outdoor theatre, shopping and world famous 
danish pastry.  
Fishing, Boating, and Wildlife viewing at Lake Cachuma.
Horse trail riding at Bar B ranch, and Rancho Oso Guest Ranch isn’t 
far.
Country Dancing at Maverick's Saloon.
The beautiful Jalama and Pismo Beaches are a pleasant 40 and 50 
minute drives, respectfully.
Bike tours and numerous mountain biking trails.
Hike up Figueroa Mountain.

Vacation Rental Rates

Minimum 2 night stay - Friday and Saturday must be booked together. 
Weekend Nights are $395.00 per night 
Memorial Day through Labor Day - Weekdays are $299 (except Holiday Weekends). 
$249 per night - Sunday--Thursday (except holiday weekends).
Holiday weekends must be booked together (minimum 3 days) at the weekend rate. 
$1495 - $1695 per week.
$4000 per month.
Ask about Multiple Week/Month Discounts.
$80 non refundable cleaning fee 4 nights or less.
$125 non refundable cleaning fee 5 nights or more.
The $500.00 damage deposit is required at time of 
reservation, fully refundable after departure if no damage is 
found. Full payment must be received at least 21 days before date of 
occupancy.  Thank you.

Cancellation Policy:
Notice of cancellation must be received at least 30 days prior to 
your scheduled arrival.  A $100 cancellation fee will be applied. If 
cancellation notice is received less than 30 days prior to the 
scheduled arrival, the entire deposit will be forfeited. No refunds 
for early departures. 
Check for last minute cancellations, availability, and discount 
packages.
