River Bend, is a newly constructed three bedroom home. This 1700 sq.
ft. home is now ready to welcome you to Central, OR. These three
wooded acres nearly surrounded by the Little Deschutes River,and
only three miles south of Sunriver, features a large open floor
plan, with living room windows and glass door opening to 240 sq. ft.
barbeque deck. A Large kitchen, with all stainless steel appliances,
separted from living room by a full lenght eating bar.
New, high quality Oueen size beds, 2 Master suites, 3rd bedroom has
twin beds.
Also If needed, Oueen size, above floor air bed. Large
utility room,& pantry.
