Vacation Rental Description

Stay here and gain an experience! This architectural gem,located just
blocks south of Sears Tower, is perfect for taking in all of Chicago's
culture and beauty. Sitting over the Chicago River, the building's
unique design creating a premenade within the building makes you feel
you are on a street in Europe. A glass block roof allows natural light
to come in, giving the building a 15 story atrium effect. Strolling
along the premenade, the River Road, you discover different view at
every turn. The offset rooftops create architecturally pleasing lines,
with different amenities unique to each. There is a 1 acre park a top
one roof complete with grass, trees, and a walking path. Another roof
provides sunbathing,lawn chairs,and barbaque grills. There are
spectecular views from both of Chicago's skyline,Lake Michigan, and
The Chicago River. The proximity to Chicago's great culture makes
exploring easily accessible by foot, or by Chicago's public
transportation system. You are within walking distance to Millennium
and Grant Parks(host to all of Chicago's festivities) and
approximately 1 mile from Museum Campus, home of The Field Museum, The
Shedd Aquarium, The Adler Planetarium, Soldiers Field, and the beach.
Chicago's beautiful Magnificent Mile is within a mile. Chicago's
convention center,The McCormick Place is within 2 miles from the
building. Chicago's beautiful Navy Pier is within 2 miles on beautiful
Lake Michigan.You are within 4 blocks to a main public transportation
Hub,in which you can take Chicago's famous "EL" in any direction
within the city.

The unit is updated with wood floor, stainless appliance, and
furnishings. A queen bed and a queen pull out couch can accommodate up
to 4 people. Kitchen utensils and linens are provided. Cable TV and
Internet service in the unit keep you connected.

There is a grocery store ,laundry facilities, Bally's Health Club, Dry
cleaners within the building itself. There is also a free shuttle
which runs throughout the day to and from, along a route downtown. The
immediate area provides restaurants,theatres,grocery stores,department
stores for any of your personal needs.

Vacation Rental Rates

$160 per night. 4 night min stay required.
$300 Refundable Security Deposit is required upon reservation.
$50 Service fee is deducted from security deposit at check out
Full payment due 30 Days Prior to Arrival
In case of cancellation, 45 days notice is required for full refund.
Less than 7 days notice will be charged for 50% of rental and deposit
Credit Card Payment thru Paypal. Service fees apply.
