Starburst is a spectacular Caribbean-style, beach home that sits 
atop 
a 30-foot bluff overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This luxurious 
beachfront home is designed and furnished for ultimate comfort and 
relaxation.

Starburst is ideal for those who appreciate the finer amenities of 
life, and yearn for an unobstructed view of the Gulf's amazing 
offerings. With its own private pool, private gate access to the 
community's beach walkover, and amazing amenities, you will feel 
revitalized both during and after your stay in this magnificent 
beach 
home in the private gated community of Water's Edge adjoining 
fabulous Rosemary Beach!

With five over-sized bedrooms, and four and one-half lavish 
bathrooms, this innovative beach home is perfect for 12 guests to 
sleep and unwind comfortably.

As you enter Starburst, you are welcomed into a beautiful slate 
quartzite foyer and hallway. With soaring ten-foot ceilings, the 
first floor houses two, deluxe, queen-size guest rooms that share a 
white, classic, fresh bathroom. With tall, built-in bath cabinetry, 
an over-sized porcelain sink, and a large shower and tub, our lucky 
guests will feel right at home.

Also on the first floor of Starburst is a unique, whimsical, double-
size bunkroom. This kid-friendly space has a unique, triple-decker, 
built-in bunk and a separate, built-in, twin bed. Perfect for the 
kids to nap and slumber in, your four lucky kids can boast about 
their beach slumber parties. This clever double-size bunkroom also 
boasts its own beachy bathroom with shower, perfect for child-
friendly beach rinses.

On the beachside of Starburst, you can enjoy the outdoors in the 
well-designed pool area. Here you can chill-out under covered or 
uncovered outdoor living spaces. Also, enjoy the sounds and sights 
of 
the Gulf of Mexico while swimming in the refreshing dipping pool or 
taking a revitalizing rinse in our private outdoor shower.

Want to head to the beach? You also have direct and private access 
to 
the newly-architected beach walkover through your own private gate. 
With the Gulf only a 1-lot stroll from "Starburst," you will be 
spoiled by the best of the Emerald Coast beach.

The second floor of Starburst is very special. With lofty ten-foot 
ceilings, much of your vacation will be spent enjoying its wide-open 
great room that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. With giant tall 
windows 
that encircle the great room, those outrageous Gulf views are all 
yours to take in. The great room offers our guests a large color TV, 
DVD player, VCR, CD/stereo sound system, and comfortable furnishings 
to entertain or just kick-back. Open the great room French door onto 
a private spacious deck, to watch those fabulous sunsets or become 
mesmerized by the Gulf's lull.

Starburst's gourmet kitchen is a culinary delight, in both space 
and functionality. A huge, custom, two-tiered, granite island seats 
four comfortably. Equipped with only the best cookware, stainless-
steel appliances, a built-in wine rack, granite countertops, stone 
slate backsplashes, and custom glass cabinetry - this ultimate 
kitchen will please both the eye and the palate.

A perfect spot for entertaining, you will gather in the open dining 
room while overlooking the Gulf. Also, a classic, fresh, beach-
style, 
powder room is right off this room area, for everyone's convenience. 
A washer and dryer is also conveniently located on this floor.

The second-floor master bedroom has a plush king-size bed with 
lavish 
cotton bedding. Open the double French doors out to your very own 
private balcony. A connected, marbled, master bath proudly offers 
our 
guests all those great spa-like amenities, with a decadent, over-
sized, double-headed shower, custom marble vanities, and high-end 
bath lighting and fixtures.

Starburst's third story is a vacationer's dream! Upstairs is a chic 
cocktail room, equipped with a stone/slate wet bar, stainless-steel 
bar sink, and mini-refrigerator. Follow this room out to your own 
third-story, Gulf-front deck, which overlooks the amazing Gulf of 
Mexico. A terrific adult retreat for sunrise and sunset views.

On the third floor you will also find a reclusive, grand, deluxe, 
master bedroom, fit for the discriminating vacationer. This large 
bedroom also has private access to the third-story, Gulf-front deck. 
This private space is furnished with comfortable furniture and soft 
cotton bedding. The grand, deluxe, master bathroom is a spa-getaway, 
with a large soaking tub, an over-sized shower, custom marble 
vanity, 
and high-end bath lighting and fixtures. This will feel like your 
very own dream hideaway.

Each bedroom has its own quiet ceiling fan, perfect for those lazy 
evenings that you want to welcome the ocean air into your private 
sleeping spaces.

Sleeps 12 guests comfortably: two kings, two queens, and four twin 
bunk beds. Parking for three cars. Saturday to Saturday rental 
during 
high season. Non-smoking.
