Vacation Rental Description
Our Lowcountry House is situated amoung live oaks and palm trees on
a quiet street centrally located on Fripp Island. From our front
door
to the ocean is only a 4 Minute walk carrying all your "beach stuff"
& only 1 minute or less by bicycle. It is close to many of the
islands activities yet off the major thoroughfare. Deer frequently
roam our front & rear yards.
The house has 3 spacious bedrooms equipped with the following
bedding
arrangements: 2 King Rooms, 1 Twin Room.
The Master Bedroom has its own Bath with Tub/Shower
combination. The second bath is centrally located in the Hall. Both
baths are fully ceramic tiled in impeccable condition. Two Bedrooms
have direct access to outside porches.
The Living Room/Dining Room combination is HUGE...perfect for
entertaining and family gatherings. Generously furnished for
relaxation. The Dining Room is equipped with a quality table &
chairs
capable of seating 8. Best of all, the Kitchen is very spacious and
contains over 30 feet of counterspace...perfect for multiple food
preparers or conversationalists! Of course...it is fully equipped
and
stocked with all necessary appliances and utensils you would need.
A large Screened-in Porch is adjacent to the Liv/Din Room and is
equipped with heavy duty table & chairs and associated side tables.
This area is one of our favorites for dining & entertaining.
The entire front of the house has a contineous wide deck/porch which
measures @ 52 feet in length. The rear porch is about half as long
and is accessable via the Dining Room. Perfect for that morning cup
of coffee! And for viewing the Deer also!!
As an added bonus, a Outside Shower is provided to rinse off beach
sand prior to entering the house...best of all...it has Hot & Cold
mixers which makes it a real pleasurable experience.
We think you will enjoy our Beach House as much as we do. We have
been visiting Fripp Island for the last 20 years and selected this
island and this house after exploring much of the coastline of NC,
SC,
GA and AL. We appreciate your feedback and will strive to
contineously make changes and improvements to accommodate our
guests.
We want you to visit us again...better yet, maybe become our
neighbor
someday.
