Around the deck is a railing and fence with latchable gates. The deck faces the lake and is fantastic for dining, relaxing, and enjoying the breath-taking Keuka Lake sunsets.

Additionally, the recreation room has a two large windows that faces Keuka Lake. Also off the hallway, a full bathroom with a shower.
The home is surrounded by woods on three sides. There is a large off-street parking area for at least six vehicles.
