Vacation Rental Description

The Guadalupe River widens in the middle of New Braunfels and flows  
SE towards the coast forming a series of beautiful lakes. Vacation  
New Braunfels has waterfront homes all along the Guadalupe.  There  
are also homes on River Road and at Canyon Lake as well. Each home or  
condo is unique and designed for the perfect family vacation.         
Vacation New Braunfels manages luxurious homes: downtown New  
Braunfels, near Gruene, Canyon Lake, River Road, Lakes: Dunlap, McQueeney and Placid. We have a new  
home on the Guadalupe in the heart of the Hill Country near Boerne and Blanco, ideal for kayaking  
and canoeing.  Each home is unique and can sleep from 6 to 30+.  New Braunfels is home to tubing on  
the Comal & Guadalupe Rivers. Enjoy Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Tube Chute, historic Gruene, Texas.  
Year round golf, great shopping and restaurants, wake boarding, jet skis, skiing on lakes. The San  
Antonio Riverwalk, Alamo, Fiesta Texas & Sea World 30 minutes away. Adorable Hill Country towns are  
just a day trip away.       
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Each home is fully furnished with the nicest amenities. Linens, pots  
and pans, soap, etc is furnished. The guests just need to bring  
their food.  Each home has an outdoor grill, some have hot tubs,  
firepits.  Boat slips and launches are available at most waterfront  
homes.  Boat rental and ski lessons are available. 

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, tubing, fishing, kayaking, white water sports, water skiing, hiking. Year round golf and  
fun festivals highlight the winter season. Bark in the Park in October. Wurtsfest in early November  
is a German beer & sausage celebration. Festagge and Wassailfest are in early December.  The summer  
season is peak with tubing on the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers. San Antonio is only 30 minutes away  
and has the Riverwalk, The Alamo, Fiesta Texas and Sea World.

Vacation Rental Rates

Vacation New Braunfels manages luxurious homes and condos in downtown New  
Braunfels, near Gruene, Canyon Lake, River Road, Lakes: Dunlap,  
McQueeney, Placid and Meadowlake.  Each home is unique and can sleep  
from 6 to 40+.  Rates in summer season range from $275 to $1200 a  
night, weekly & monthly rate discounts. There is a cleaning fee, a $500+ deposit and

generally half price. Vacation New Braunfels offers corporate housing and relocation services in the  
winter season.
