This home is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all the
amenities. It has formal dining area and grand room. It
is located west of 41 and minutes from many of the beautiful beaches
of Naples. The condo is within a wonderful peaceful gated community.
There are TV's and DVD’s to each of the grand room, and bedrooms.
The master suite has a king size bed, walk-in closet, large shower and double sinks. The guest
bedrooms have twin beds and the other a double sofa bed which enables this room to also be used as a
den. The guest bathroom has jacuzzi bath with shower. All linens including bath
towels, sheets, beach towels and kitchen towels, are supplied. A full
size washer and dryer are also included.
Whether you're cooking an intimate dinner for two or entertaining
friends, you'll find everything you need in the fully equipped
kitchen. The breakfast area has table seating for four and three
barstools. The formal dining area also has seating for six.
The large heated pool will help you relax and enjoy your time in the sun. While sitting on the lanai
you can enjoy the spectacular views of the lake, fountain and pool.
