Vacation Rental Description

We have a lovely, two-bedroom, two bath condominium approximately  
1/2 mile from Traffic Light #6 in downtown Gatlinburg. Our condo has  
a fully equipped kitchen, dining area which includes a table for  
six, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and color/cable tv  
and DVD player. Double sliding doors open onto a private balcony  
where you can enjoy your morning coffee along with a breathtaking  
view of the surrounding mountains. The master bedroom has a queen  
size bed, and attached full bath. The second bedroom has a double  
bed, while the sofa in the living area opens into a queen sleeper.  
All linens and towels are provided. You can also enjoy the comforts  
of home with a washer, dryer and wet bar. Windy Oaks has a heated  
swimming pool which can be seen from our balcony. Parking is no  
problem - you can park right outside the condo, or in the lower  
level covered parking deck. Don't want the hassle of driving or  
looking for parking in downtown Gatlinburg? Then take the trolley,  
which stops only a short distance from the complex. Cost is 75 cents  
you can even transfer to the Pigeon Forge trolley.

Activities and Attractions

Gatlinburg is an ideal vacation spot regardless of the season Autumn  
in the mountains is gorgeous, winter provides cold weather  
activities such as skiing or ice skating, spring is fabulous with  
new blossoms, and in the summer, swimming, whitewater rafting and  
hiking are all available.  
Pigeon Forge is just a short distance away. You can attend excellent  
musical productions any night of the week. Shoppers - its a mecca  
with several outlet malls with fantastic bargains. And don 't forget  
DOLLYWOOD! 
The Cherokee Indian Reservation and Oconaluftee Indian Village is  
about 35 miles across the Great Smoky Mountain national park. Here  
you can ride the Polar Express at Christmas, visit Santa Land, see  
the outdoor drama "Unto These Hills" (June thru August) or visit  
Harrah's Casino any time of the year.  
A Big Orange fan? Neyland Stadium, home of the Vols, in Knoxville,  
is less than an hour's drive away.

$99 nightly, $600 weekly, plus $45 cleaning fee.
