Beautiful three bedroom home completely reodeled with everything new.
This is a fantastic home that is situated on a private 1 and 1/2 acres
of land. The home has a huge yard equipped with fire and horseshoe
pits. Within a two minute walk you are at the entrance of Forbes
Stateforest. The biking and hiking trails are right there. You are
also within a few miles of Linn Run State Park. Koosier lake and
Laurel Hill lakes are within a five minute drive which both have sandy
beaches and fishing areas.

The house is fully equipped with all new appliances including washer/
dryer and dishwasher. There is a large master bathroom with an
oversizedwalk in shower. There is three bedrooms. The master bedroom
is verylarge and has two queen size beds. Each of the other bedrooms
have 1 queen bed. the living room is large with vaulted ceilings and
skylights to allow the beauty of natural lighting. There is a large
oversized counter that can easily seat up to eight people which is an
excellent gathering area for dinners or just drinks.

The living room is equipped with a built in surround sound system and
a plasma wall mounted tv. We provide over 100 newly released videos
for your viewing pleasure at no additional charge. There is also a
stereo system. There is a front porch and also a rear patio for you to
enjoy. We have also installed an additional private outdoor shower
complete with hotwater so you can wash up over a long day of hiking.

There is a Washer, Dryer, Side by Side Fridge, and Dishwaher. There is
also an oversized hot water tank to allow for multiple showers without
running out of hot water.They are all brand new. All the Linnens,
towels, plates and silverware are provided. All you would need to
bring is clothing, food and beverages. We do allow pets as long as
they are housebroken. Since this home is new, we ask that you please
take extra care of the pets.

This is the heart of the laurel mountains. There is so much to do, you
will never be bored. There are numerous golf courses nearby. You are
within a few miles to both Hidden Valley and Seven Springs resorts.
Idlewild Amusment Park is a short 20 minute drive. There is also
Living Treasures animal park and the Caddy Shack go cart within a 10
minute drive. There are beaches for swimming and some of the best
fishing areas around. Falling Timber sits on the border of Forbes
State Forest, so just walk out the door and you are practically on the
hiking and biking trails. There is also a great possibility you may
encounter some beautiful wildlife right from the yard. It is a very
private location, so if you decide to just hang around the cabin and
lounge in the yard you will be extremely pleased.
