Vacation Rental Description

This two bedroom, two bath home with a 14'X 36' deck ( doubles  
as a carport) has lots of trees and charm. It is located in Twain  
Harte Township within walking distance of the golf course, tennis  
courts, "downtown" Twain Harte with it's shops, restaurants,  
miniature golf course, public pool, playground, etc. and Twain Harte  
Lake. Twain Harte Lake is a private, membership only lake with life  
guards, snack bar, sandy beach, swim rafts, etc. Lake tickets are  
included in the rental. This is a no smoking and no pets home.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This is a fully furnished vacation cabin with two bedrooms and  
two baths. You will need to bring your own sheets (or sleeping  
bags), pillow cases, bath towels, wash cloths and lake gear. 
     Fully equipped kitchen (with green house window looking out on  
the deck and trees)- refrigerator, electric oven, propane range top,  
dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, pots and pans, cooking and  
eating utensils, dishes, toaster, blender, coffee maker, rice  
cooker, dish cloths, pot holders, etc., etc. 
     Washer and dryer 
     Telephones for local calls 
     Two TV's( basic cable), VCR, DVD, stereo with cassette/CD/AM/FM  
radio. Clock radios in each bedroom. 
     Free standing propane "wood stove" in living room and heaters  
in bedrooms and baths. 
     Ceiling fans in the dining area and in bedrooms. 
     CA King size bed in master bedroom 
     Queen size bed in second bedroom. 
     Queen size hide-a-bed in living room. 
     Dining table seats six. 
     Large deck with table (unbrella) and chairs for six, two chaise  
lounges,a Weber kettle and gas barbeque.

Vacation Rental Rates

Only available from June 7, 2008 to August 30, 2008 and June 6,  
2009 to August 28, 2009. 
     Minimun Stay: Saturday to Friday. Cost $800.00 (2008)and each additional day is $134.00 (2008)  
DUE TO RULE CHANGES by the Twain Harte Lake Board in 2008, renters can no longer be given lake  
tickets. Renters can use the lake for a fee of $5.00 per day, per person three years old or older.  
    $225.00 security deposit and $75.00 cleaning deposit-$300.00-  
due to hold your reservation. This is non-refundable if you cancel  
less than 14 days before your scheduled arrival. Automatic forfeit  
of $300.00 if over six persons use the home. $60.00 non-refundable  
fee if over 14 days cancellation.
