Vacation Rental Description

Our golf destination condo in the Pga Village is 3 minutes off of I-
95 at the St. Lucie West exit.  It is located in the Castle Pines 
section of the PGA Village Resort gated-community.  Our first floor, 
end unit with no stairs enjoys extra sunlight and allows our guests 
to relax inside the newly refurbished (paint and floors) interior or 
on the private, large screened-in patio. It is also the closest 
unit to an ocean-entry swimming pool and jacuzzi. Whether you are in 
town for a vacation or prefer an executive home setting while 
working in the Treasure Coast area you will enjoy your stay in our 
Pga Village home.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

The PGA Village, site of the PGA qualifying school, includes  
three championship courses: two designed by Tom Fazio and one by Pete 
Dye.  Other golfing "extras" within the Village include a 35 acre PGA 
Learning Center staffed by multiple certified PGA Instructors, the 
PGA of America Historic Center, a practice range, a pitch and putt 
course, putting greens, fully stocked golf shops, as well as a 
clubhouse with a restaurant and bar. In addition to the golf courses 
on property numerous daily fee golf courses are available to the 
public in the area.

required 30 days prior to arrival. 
***A $500.00 refundable security deposit is also due upon booking. 
Security deposit will be refunded upon inspection of property after 
departure, unless there are damages to villa or loss of contents. 
***A cleaning fee and 11.5% FL tax for stays less than 6 months is 
not included in the above rates but will be charged.
***No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 30 days of 
arrival. Cancellations must be done in writing. No refunds will be 
given for early departure. 
***No pets or smoking is allowed in the unit.  Thanks.
