Our golf destination condo in PGA Village is 3 minutes off of I-95 at the St. Lucie West exit. It is located in the Castle Pines neighborhood of the PGA Village Resort, a gated-community. Enjoy 3, PGA-run golf courses located on property: the Ryder & Wannamaker courses (both Tom Fazio designs) as well as a challenging Pete Dye designed course.

Our 1st floor, end unit with no stairs enjoys extra sunlight & allows our guests to relax inside the newly refurbished (paint, floors, & furniture) interior or on the private, screened-in lanai looking out at a large backyard. It is also the closest home to an ocean-entry swimming pool, jacuzzi, grill & children's play area. Our living area has wood flooring with a new flat-screen t.v. Both bedrooms contain 2 queen-size beds & newly carpeted floors. Ceramic tile floors are in the rest of our home. We offer a fully functional & complete kitchen, 2.5 baths, & a washer/dryer in our clean, comfortable home. Whether you are in town for a vacation or prefer an executive home setting while working in the Treasure Coast area you will enjoy your stay in our PGA Village home.

The PGA Village, site of the PGA qualifying school, includes 3 championship courses as well as other golfing "extras". A 35 acre PGA Learning Center staffed by certified PGA instructors allows you to practice your skills in sand bunkers or improve your game on putting greens or in pitching areas. It is also home to the PGA of America Historic Center, a practice range, a pitch & putt course, putting greens, fully stocked golf shops, as well as a clubhouse with a restaurant & bar. In addition to the golf courses on property numerous daily fee golf courses are available to the public in the area.

Our home is also just steps away from an incredible, ocean-entry pool, jacuzzi, grill area, & children's playground.

***A $500.00 refundable security deposit is also due upon booking.
Security deposit will be refunded upon inspection of property after
departure, unless there are damages to villa or loss of contents.
***A cleaning fee and 11.5% FL tax for stays less than 6 months is
not included in the above rates but will be charged.
***No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 45 days of
arrival. Cancellations must be done in writing. No refunds will be
given for early departure.
