This "Rare and Classic", "Beach front Estate", touches the Sea in so many ways of rays.

"Seeing and Hearing" the Waves crashing, and "smelling and feeling" the ocean breezes, you are captivated by the "Serenity and Tranquility" of this "Amazing Dream Home".  You look for miles of smiles, "Sea Beaches" etched with beach comers embracing the "Edge of the Oceans Motions". You glance at the "Pristine Chetco River" flowing and emptying in the Ocean, which causes your senses to calm in soothing, notion.

Splash, the "Whales" go by while the "Dolphins Ripple" in synchronicity, and the otters and birds ride the surf and catch that wave, with a crave.  Toot Toot, watch the "Ships" drift by, as the foghorns sing in the wind. For now, "Its just Got to Be, so Sea Let it Be"!

An additional attached unit/family room/dining room/sleeping area, Grand Master Suite Area which can accommodate an additional family and that will encompass all your many comfort needs. Meticulously loved and cherished with passion and tranquility, in every facet of the design and structure of this "Oceanfront Estate", This Home has been Frozen and Saturated in Time, Rhyme and everything "Oh so Fine!"

Front and Backyards artistically and naturally garnered and tamed.  Massive Garage for Multiple Vehicles and Toys. It has an additional attached parcel area, that may be used for Multiple RV Storage and Boat Parking at an additional cost, upon request.   

Sitting on top of the Port Harbor/Brookings Bay, and "Sports Haven Beach, Leisurely and Casually Stroll down to the Beach and catch some Rays and some Eats at the Many Fine Restaurants at the Port. Whiff the Fish at the Seafood Market, and "Crab" some Ice Cream. Unleash the Sail, or Cast your Pole at the Public Dock. Please check the Rules and Regulations with the Game and Fish Department, for specifics. Some of the best Claws and Tails, We know from the Whales, and birds, from what's been heard. Wow, Holy Cow, some caves, and Some Arched Rocks and Sea Stacks, Towering Protectively and oh so Majestically.

"Here in Brookings" are some of the most spectacular rugged coastlines, alongside miles of pristine beaches, and rare rain forests, all displaying nature at its best.
