Vacation Rental Description

The Zschau House is a beautiful home located in Deerfield resort.  It is a lakefront home 
Without any steps to the water.  With an easy walk to the water (that's right - No steps), 
this house is the perfect choice for those family members who want to spend the day on 
the water, but have trouble with steps.  The house is decorated in the Napa Valley wine  
theme, for those wine enthusiasts.  The house has 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms have queens, and 
1 bedroom has two singles).  The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, 
master suite with bath, powder room, great room with fireplace, wet bar with seating, 
and laundry room.  The multiple windows and doors provide access to a beautiful view of 
the lake and a large wraparound deck.  The upper floor has a loft and a bedroom with two 
single beds.  The lower floor has two bedrooms with a full bath, and a great room with 
fireplace.  Two foldout couches in the lower greatroom add extra bed space if needed.   
There is an extra TV in this area just to hook up the kids video games.  Most of your 
vacation will be on the water, but when downtime is needed, the Zschau House will be your 
place of refuge and family memories while recharging for another day on beautiful 
Lake Norris.

Activities and Attractions

Deerfield resort features an 18 Hole Championship Golf Course, private airstrip, pool, tennis and  
sand volleyball courts, marina with boat ramp, and boat trailer storage is available for a fee.   
There are two nearby restaurants for those evenings when cooking dinner is just not an option.   
Beautiful Gatlinburg and the Smokey Mountians is just a short 1 hour and 15 minute drive away.  And  
let's not forget beautiful Lake Norris with over 800 miles of shoreline for you to explore.

Vacation Rental Rates

2008 Rates 
 
Weekly rentals are Sat-Sat 
4 night rentals must begin or end on a Saturday 
 
Peak Season (Memorial to Labor Day) 
Weekly $1800 (no other charges) 
4 night minimum - $300 per night plus $125 cleaning fee 
 
Off Season 
Weekly $1500 (no other charges) 
3 night minimum - weekends (Thurs - Sunday) $250 per night plus $125 cleaning fee 
3 night minimum - weekdays (Monday - Thurs) $200 per night plus $125 cleaning fee 
 
Terms: 50% at time of booking, balance plus $400 security fee paid 
       in full 45 days prior to arrival
