Into the privacy of Acquilus  you will arrive into the gated community and take elevator to the 5th floor where 504 and your vacation within awaits! 

As you enter you immediately notice the ocean in the near distance.  As you walk in the first room to your right is a guest room with queen.  The guest room has a full bathroom. 

When you head out of the first guest room and back to the living areas immediately to your right is the second bedroom complete with a queen sized bed. In the second guest room you also have a full bathroom with shower and tub. 

As you walk further into the home on the right will be the deluxe kitchen.  Complete with top of the line appliances and granite counter tops this kitchen is easy to use and great for entertaining.   The kitchen bar seats 4 comfortably to socialize before dinner or take in the view.  The custom Italian dining table will happily seat 6 while being able to take in the ocean breezes or just the view.
 
Past the dining area is the living area complete with TV, DVD player and wireless internet.  Two couches make it possible to sit comfortably watching a good movie or sit and reflect over the sun rise. 

Past the living area is the master bedroom.  The master bed is a king with a panoramic view of the ocean.  Through the master bedroom is the master bathroom where a double vanity, private commode, a walk in shower, excellent lighting and a whirlpool tub makes the most private and relaxing setting.   The sliding glass doors off the master bedroom leads to the same 400sq/ft balcony that is accessed from the living room. 

A table and chairs for six makes this the perfect spot for dinner under the stars.  There is also a separate table and chairs for reading or sun bathing.  No matter the use this is s a location that is sure to create memories that will last forever.

Jacksonville Beach is a beach rich with history and full of activities for visitors of all ages.  From the Acquilus building one can walk to shopping dining and various forms of entertainment.  There are numerous playgrounds within a short drive and further out some of the best state parks in all of Florida. 

St Augustine is a short drive from Jacksonville Beach where there is a multitude of dining and shopping options along with all the tourists attractions St Augustine is famous for. 
 
Closer to the building you will find a mix of fine dining restaurants, Mexican, Chicago pizza places, several seafood spots and some really good places for drinks.  There is a vibrant social scene in the heart of Jacksonville Beach with concerts in several of the local clubs and presentations and festivals on the city lawn several times a year.  Ask what’s going on when you book and there is bound to be something.  Whether it’s the blue angels at our annual Sea and Sky Spectacular or watching Jaws at the amphitheater Jacksonville Beach is a happening place.
