Lakeside Villa on River Strand is a luxury, air conditioned Villa situated on an exclusive gated golf community at Heritage Harbour in Bradenton near

We are around 10 miles away from the glorious white sands of the Gulf beaches
and beauty of Anna Marie Island.

This beautiful gated community is one hour south of Tampa and one and
a half hours south west of Orlando, Disney World and Universal Studios theme parks, making it an ideal base for your Florida
holiday. 

Experience wonderful lake views to the side and rear, which
you can enjoy, from the pool and spa area or covered terrace and the opportunity to enjoy an unforgettable sunset. The villa boasts three newly decorated spacious double bedrooms including a master suite
with ensuite and a well-appointed bathroom.

Relax on comfortable leather sofas and be entertained by plazma and LCD screens in bedrooms.

A den offers additional sleeping accommodation taking the capacity
to 8 persons if required.

The fully equipped kitchen looks over the open plan living and dining
area giving a perfect family
space. The living area includes a sumptuous curved leather sofa for
guests comfort and wall mounted
plazma TV. The games room with full-size pool table will provide
hours of entertainment for both
adults and children. We also have wireless high speed internet access just in
case you need it.

The River Strand 27 hole golf course is minutes walk from the villa
and as our guests you will be able to play unlimited golf at your leisure for a membership transfer fee.

Our villa is superbly located to allow you to enjoy a taste of all
that Florida has to offer. There
are many interesting and enjoyable activities available in the local
area. Located just 90 minutes
from Orlando and the Disney and Universal Studios theme parks and
just over half an hour from Busch
Gardens our villa is the perfect base for a family holiday.

Just five minutes drive from our community are a number of
restaurants and bars for you to choose
from. There is also a large supermarket and gas station.

Local Area......
For the shopaholics among you Ellenton Prime Outlets shopping mall is
just five minutes drive from
our villa. This superb collection of quality outlet stores includes
Guess, Calvin Klein and DKNY to
name just a few.

Boat Hire is available from many places in the area and is great fun
for all. Sail out onto the
Intercoastal waterway for the day and indulge in a spot of fishing
and you may be lucky enough to
meet the resident dolphins and manatees! We found a good quality hire
store around 20 minutes drive
from the villa at Siesta Key.

Anna Maria Island is well worth a visit with stunning white sand
beaches and clear emerald ocean
views. There is so much to do here, plenty of shops, restaurants and
bars. Spend some time on the
beach and enjoying the spectacular sunset before enjoying a cool
cocktail at one of the many
beachfront bars.

....and beyond
No family trip to the sunshine state would be complete without a trip
to Busch Gardens in Tampa or
to Orlando and its awesome theme parks, only 90 minutes drive from
our villa.

Standard Rates vary from $950 - $1495 per week (599 - 895GBP) including all taxes & cleaning fees.

Pool heat additional at GBP70 or $120/week.
10% deposit required. Balance required 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Cots can be hired out at GBP30/$40 per week, high chairs at GBP25/$40
per week and games consoles at GBP25/
$40 per week.

Golf membership can be transferred to guests for a fee of $300, paid
prior to arrival and includes
2 adults and 2 children. With this membership, you will only need to
pay the small cart fee when you play.

Payments can be made by check, bank transfer or credit card
(additional 5% processing fee applies for transactions by credit card). A returnable security deposit may be necessary. US$ or GBP currency rental rates can be offered.
