Vacation Rental Description

This state of the art brand new home is located right on the beach.  
A one of a kind design that takes you from an infinity pool to 
literally steps to the beach and ocean.  Located only 13 miles north 
of San Jose this East Cape escape offers all the luxuries of home 
and much more. Just a twenty-five minute drive from San Jose you 
will be in your own secluded paradise. The main house has 4 rooms, a 
master room with the best views in all of Cabo, San Jose and the 
East Cape and two smaller but equally comfortable rooms downstairs. 
The rear casita is situated on a four car garage and direct ocean 
views. Since Casa Kash is a self suficient and contained home (solar 
and generator run)caretakers Doug and Debbie  will be there to help 
you with the running of the house and any questions you may have.  
This house is great for a familly get-away, multiple couples or 
those who are looking for some great surfing action.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Everything in casa kash is first class!  The house has central air 
and individual air in both downstair rooms.  Each room has HD 
Television and Dish network for all your movie and telivision  
needs.  The master bedroom has a 42" HDTV, downstairs rooms each 
have 28" flatscrens as well. The living room hs a 55" New HDTV with 
internet access, media center, over 500 prerecorded cd's, and a 
state of the art surround sound system.  The Pool area also has 8 
outdoor speakers. Great for lounging around and parties. 

All appliances are 1st class as well which includes a microwave, 
Thermador stove and BBQ, large refrigerator/freezer and all of the 
cooking pots pans, knives and kitchen utensals that you'll need. 
There is also a coffee maker.  A  full size washer and dryer is 
located in the laundry room.

There is a nice size infinity pool, jacuzzi, many lounge chairs and 
seating areas on the outdoor patio. All of this with the perfect 
ocean view. It also includes and outdoor firepit situated 
overlooking the ocean.

Both bathrooms are very nice and the master has a view to die for 
with a large bathtub as well. Closet space is plentifull and the 
master bedroom patio is huge with great lounge chairs as well as a 
hammock.

Activities and Attractions

There is no shortage of water activies here in the East Cape.  First 
off, if you like surfing you came to the best spot on the Cape.  
Just 
2 minutes form Shipwrecks you'll find one of the best surf spots on 
the coast.  Other spots up the coast are great too and 9 palms surf 
spot is great for beginners.  Swimming can be done as close as 
Shipwrecks where the beach is mainly all sand and no rocks.

For those of you who like to fish, Cabo and the East Cape are hard 
to beat.  Nearby neighbors catch ,sea bass, Pargo and rooster fish 
off the shore line and Charter boats are located only 20 minutes 
away south before San Jose. A lot of the time you will be able to 
see them not too far out in front off the house.

Snorckeling, diving, spearfishing are among other great things to 
do.  Only 45 minutes to an hour up  the coast you will find Cabo 
Pulma.  A must for snorkelers and divers alike.  Bajas only major 
corral reef is abundant with underwater wildlife.

If you are staying during the months of November to April there is a 
great chance you will see whales in front of Casa Kash. I have seen 
them as close as 50 meters off the coast in fornt of the house and 6 
or more at a time.

For those of you who want to party, Cabo San Lucas is aprox 45 
minutes south and the nightlife can be crazy and fun.

Vacation Rental Rates

Daily rates are $1500.00 per day.  Holiday rates are 
$1,800.00 per day.  There is a two day minimum.  I offer steep 
discounts in the summer and discounts for 7 day stays and larger 
discounts for those staying over ten days. 

I also have another location in the heart of San Jose Del Cabo at 
LAS MANANITAS CONDO RESORT.  Parents owned and its a two bedroom, 
two bath overlooking the ocean. Top floor, corner unit in the front 
section of the Las Mananitas condo resort.  We can offer combination 
stays with Casa Kash and unit 301 at Las Mananitas. Rates start 
around $250.00 per day at the condo unit.  Please inquire for more
