Heritage Highlands (Dove Mtn) 50+, Golf Course Home in Tucson

Located on the ninth tee box of the Heritage Highlands golf course,
our 4-year old home is fully furnished and ready for you to enjoy.
Located in a gated community, our house has two bedrooms and two
bathrooms, 2-car garage, laundry, high-speed wireless internet,
cable TV, patio with furniture and Weber gas grill, all linens, and
fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the
desert sunsets with a beautiful mountain view to the west. Take a
short walk up the ninth hole to the full-service clubhouse.

Heritage Highlands is a gated, 50+ (one resident must be at least 50)
golf course community. As a registered renter you will full have
access to our beautiful clubhouse with huge outdoor heated pool,
spa, fitness center, tennis courts, library, restaurant, crafts and
pro shop. As a registered renter, you even receive the homeowners
discounted green fees.

The Heritage Highlands community includes everything you would
expect from a desert golf community including golf, tennis,
swimming, evening clubs and activities and a great restaurant and
bar facility.
Located on Dove Mountain you will also have access to unlimited
hiking in the neighboring Tortolita mountain preserve, or at
numerous other surrounding hiking areas. The greater Tucson area is
an outdoor paradise.

The HOA strictly requires a three month minimum rental contract for all rentals at
Heritage Highlands:
Monthly:
December - April $2200
May - August $1500
September - November $1800
A non-refundable security deposit of $1000 is required to hold a
reservation. A cleaning fee of $200 will be deducted from security
deposit. Our house is non-smoking and no pets are permitted.
