A truly special place our 3 bedroom ground level villa is located in the gated community of Hali'i
Kai Resort the newest ocean club development on the Big Island of Hawaii. Our villa is not just a
place to stay it is a place that you will never forget. Our 3 bedroom spacious layout is perfect for
relaxing or entertaining. The open kitchen, which overlooks a spacious great room is a perfect
setting from which to base your island adventures. We have given great care to outfitting our home
with all the amendities you will need. You have views of the golf course directly behind our villa
plus you have views of the ocean from the master bedroom as well as the lanai. All the bedrooms have
windows looking out at the beautiful landscape.

The Ocean Club which is at the oceans edge features a large multi-level swimming pool with a
waterfall and a sand bottom lava rock spa. There is a poolside bar and grill and outdoor covered
lounge area along with do-it yourself BBQ area. You will also have your own private gas grill on
your lanai. There is an exercise cabana at the club featuring the latest fitness equipment. There is
also a tennis court and half court basketball court on-site.



Our villa has high speed wireless internet, cable TV, phone and X box upon request. The master
bedroom is beautifully furnished with a king size bed,LCD TV and chair. It is located in the back of
the unit giving you privacy from the other two bedrooms. The two other bedrooms are in the front of
this ground level villa. One bedroom has a queen sleeper with a LCD TV and the other bedroom has two
twin beds. The second bathroom is accessible by these bedrooms. We also have a queen sofa sleeper in
the living room where you have a HDLCD TV and a DVD player. Come to paradise you will not want to
leave.
