Five Points is nestled in a little corner of the Riverside area, an older, character-filled section

buildings that date back to the late nineteenth century, and a park with five spring fed lakes that 
were constructed in 1893.  Here you will even find the theater that showed the first talking 
pictures in

Rental Policy


50% of your first month's rent is due at time of booking with the remaining portion due 2 weeks 
prior to check in.

Our current rates are $999.00 per week and $2500.00 per month. 

There is also a mandatory $199 cleaning charge.
