Vacation Rental Description

This cozy historic cottage has been totally remodeled. It is located on the shores of Shawnee Island 
with wide-open views of the lake. A very peaceful, relaxing place to hide for a week. Sit in the 
screened porch and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Boat dock entry to lake. Close to 
restaurants, boat/jetski rentals.

Vacation Rental Amenities

3 Bedrooms, one with double bed, 1 with bunk beds and one twin bed, 1 with bunk beds. 1 Bathroom 
with shower. (no tub)
Eat in Kitchen has refrig, stove/oven, microwave, breakfast bar.
Kitchen is equiped with dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans, crockpot, toaster, country 
boiler.
Washer and dryer.
Cable tv. 
Central a/c and heating. ceiling fans.
Screened porch with table and 6 chairs.
Charcoal grill, firepit.

Activities and Attractions

Summer activities: swimming, boating/ water skiing. Jet skiing, bicycling, fishing.
Lake area is beautiful in the fall. Leaves are best in late Sept-Oct.
Winter activities: snowmobiling, ice skating, ice fishing. Snow skiing at nearby resort (Mad River)
Boats, jetskis, bikes can be rented locally.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates start at $450 per week during off season (Oct-May)
Summer months- rates are $700 per week (May-Sept) Weekly rentals are Sun-Sun.(check in 3pm, check 
out 11am)
Labor day weekend, $200.00 per night. (Fri-Tues)
$500.00 deposit to hold, with $150.00 non-refundable for cleaning.

This is a non-smoking home. No pets.
