2009 Rates

$850.00/Week

Rents Saturday to Saturday
Check-in: 3:00 P.M.
Check-out: 11:00 A.M.

**Amenities Fee:
All guests at Sea Colony are required to pay a Recreational
Association amenities fee (for guest badge) of $35/person/week for
guests ages 4 and up to be purchased personally at Sea Colony
Marketplace Recreation Office. This allows you unlimited access to
all facilities available at the resort. Assigned parking space
included with amenities fee.

Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Reservations require a rental agreement and a 50% deposit within 10
days from the date of reservation. The remaining amount is due 30
days prior to your scheduled arrival time. If rental date is less
than 30 days, the full rent amount is required. No Administrative,
Cleaning, or Security Deposit fees.

Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel, do so prior to the 30-day balance due, so we can
make an effort to re-rent the condo. If the condo is re-rented, you
will receive a full refund, otherwise your reservation deposit will
be forfeited. Less than 30 days, no refund.
