Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to “Seaside” a beautiful, one-bedroom vacation condo at Tybee Island, catering to those 
who enjoy the finer things in life.  The sunsets from our balcony are spectacular!!!   

Seaside is located at Savannah Beach & Racquet Club, a laid-back, gated community on Tybee 
Island’s north beach, where life is slow-paced and fun.  From our beach, we can see the dolphins 
playing, and the big ships entering the Savannah River from the Atlantic Ocean.  Our condo is unit 
B307.

Seaside is completely renovated, with all new furniture and appliances.  The kitchen 
features granite counter tops, custom cabinets, smooth-top stove, and overhead microwave.  Owners 
Susan and Charles Whitfield recently purchased this condo, and are making sure you'll have 
everything you need for a great vacation.  

Seaside condo features a 32", flat-screen TV, with cable TV, a DVD player, and a video library.

This luxury condo offers a comfortable queen-size bed with extra-nice linens, and a brand-new sofa 
sleeper in the living room, with a Sealy 5" mattress.  Beach chairs/towels are provided, along with 
all soap products, toilet paper and paper towels.

The photo of the small pool in this ad was taken from the balcony of Seaside.  The view encompasses 
Cockspur lighthouse and Fort Pulaski National Monument.  Also, take a look at our large pool, which 
has a kiddie pool at one end.  Both pools are located right at the beach.

Seaside is the vacation home of two Savannahians, who've been hanging out at north beach for about 
10 years.  We hope you'll come see how special it is.  See you at the beach!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Third-floor condo; soap and paper products are furnished;  2 beach chairs and beach towels 
furnished; well-equipped kitchen, with everything to cook a full meal, including George Foremen 
grill; video library; DVD player/cable 
TV; 32" flat-screen TV; extra nice linens.

Activities and Attractions

2 pools; kiddie pool; 3 tennis courts; gated community; entire community is located on the beach; we 
are located 17 miles east of historic Savannah on Tybee's quiet north beach; dolphin tours, kayak 
rentals, jet ski rentals, fishing charters; many good restaurants nearby.

Vacation Rental Rates

Thru September 30, 2008, $150/$165 night (3-night minimum),  $890/wk   

$700/wk, for the month of October, 2008.  $130-$140/night

RATES INCLUDE ALL TAXES AND EXIT CLEANING FEE.  

Winter rates:  November 1, 2008-February 28, 2009, 
$1000/month.  PERFECT FOR SNOWBIRDS!!
