Anderson/Nevills Vacation Rental - Penthouse Unit 
                       Imperial Beach Club 
 
Enjoy our penthouse condominium and the ocean in this four mile stretch of paradise.  Have long  
walks on the beach. You may see the dolphins on their feeding journey up and then back down the  
coast.  Imperial Beach, rich with natural resources, is a place for swimming, surfing, jogging,  
hiking, bicycling, tennis, golf, viewing wildlife, migratory birds, coastal dunes, and has a world-  
renowned estuary.  Get acquainted with this hidden treasure of a beach city.  
 
The beach is ideal for swimming with gently sloping sand and waves that break where you remain on  
your feet. Don’t be fooled by the ideal swimming conditions, as the surf is perfect for surfers’  
also.  Many serious surfers come to Imperial Beach as a testing ground before they hit the big surf  
in Hawaii.  You’ll see them on either side of the city’s landmark pier, which is another reason to  
love Imperial Beach.  The pier is great for fishing, strolling, watching the surfers initiate their  
rides, AND having a great fish meal at Salty’s Restaurant at the pier’s end.   
 
The floor to ceiling windows in the living and master bedrooms of this corner unit invite you to  
just relax and to watch the waves crest and break.  You will find a fully equipped kitchen and  
laundry facilities at the unit.  A high end grocery, Wally’s, located on Palm Ave, is the place to  
shop as it features a large variety of fresh fruits and veggies, a terrific deli, fresh meat and  
seafood, and a great wine selection.   Barbeque grills are available in the courtyard.  However, if  
you don’t feel like cooking, there are restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.  One of  
our favorites is south on Seacoast about two blocks, the MZM Seacoast Bistro.  The husband and wife  
team will make you feel comfortable and the French flair menu is full of surprises.  Don’t miss the  
dill pickle soup.  Of course the Greek restaurant just below the IB Club is great for take-out and  
eating right in the condo.  
 
Certainly, if you desire adventure, Seaport Village, Seaworld, Old Town San Diego, Wild Animal Park,  
the expansive Balboa Park and Museums, and the shopping at Horton Plaza in the grand city of San  
Diego are minutes away.  Another outing is to cross the border and experience a shopping adventure,  
Mexican style.  For the active families we suggest renting bicycles and riding from Imperial Beach  
across the Silver Strand to Coronado Island to view this island/city.  The scenic Coronado Ferry  
goes between the island and San Diego regularly.  You can tell we love Imperial Beach and know you  
will too.

Imperial Beach activities include The Beach, swimming, surfing, walking, biking in town and along  
the famous Silverado Trail, tennis, fishing from the pier, dining, and viewing at the natural  
wildlife estuary. 
Coronado Island (minutes away):  Del Coronado Hotel, Ferry Landing and ferry to San Diego, golf,  
shopping, dining. 
San Diego:  Balboa Park and Zoo, Seaport Village, SeaWorld, shopping at the Horton Plaza, Old Town  
and Downtown.

Vacation Rental Rates

Winter and Spring:  March 1 – May 30 ( $1,750.)  
Early Summer:  May 30 – June 23 ($2,000.) 
Summer:  June 23 – September 6 ($2,500.)  
Late Summer:  September 6 – September 27 ($2,000.) 
Fall and Winter:  September 27 – March 1 (1,750.)
