Brief Summary: 
 
This beautiful 6th floor oceanfront unit is located in N. Hutchinson  
Island on Florida's "Treasure Coast." The top left photo is taken from  
this unit's private balcony.  The unit is fully furnished, including 
all kitchen items and household appliances/electronics.  TVs are 
included in the kitchen, living room, and bedroom.  A new queen-sized 
bed and matching dresser/armoire and side tables are provided in the 
master bedroom.  This gorgeous condo is in perfect condition and ready 
for move-in. 
 
Rentals must be for a period of at least 90 days.  Additional photos 
available. 
 
 
 
Expanded Description:   
 
The unit is oceanfront/beachfront, tastefully decorated, and newly 
furnished.  Framed paintings and other artwork are displayed 
throughout the unit. 
 
The modern kichen is fully stocked, and includes a ceiling fan, small 
TV on wall-mounted swivel, new hardwood floor, countertops, appliances, 
and kitchenware.  Three leather upholstered swivel-stools (with 
seatbacks) sit in front of the breakfast bar.  
 
The living room looks out onto the ocean, and is furnished with a 
leather sofa and loveseat, coffee and end tables, lamps, and a 
handsome entertainment center with 32" cable TV, DVD, and CD/stereo.  
The dining area includes a matching table with four upholstered chairs  
and vanity table with mirror.  
 
The large bedroom, which also overlooks the beach, is a soothing blue 
color, and has a ceiling fan.  It has a new queen bedroom suite with 
armoire, dresser with large mirror, bedside tables with lamps, and an 
alarm clock/CD player.  A color TV sits atop the armoire.  The large 
walk-in closet is complete with a wire-shelf organizer system. 
 
The oceanfront balcony is furnished with tables and chairs . . . with 
a breathtaking view!  The front side of the unit provides a relaxing view 
of the Indian River, intercoastal waterway, and (in the distance) the 
North Beach drawbridge.

Vacation Rental Amenities

External:  Private balcony on oceanfront, heated pool,  
tennis courts, sauna, shuffle board court, barbeque grills with  
tables and chairs, reserved parking, guest parking, covered  
entryway. Georgeous landscaping in front of and behind building,  
surrounding fenced pool area, and on both sides of the private  
boardwalk that leads directly to the beach. 
 
Internal:  Cleanliness with modern furnishings, tasteful artwork, 
phone line, central heat and air, three televisions and other 
electronics, washer/dryer access, full-size refrigerator with freezer 
and ice maker, cookware, glassware, linens/towels, coffee maker, 
blender, vacuum cleaner, other small appliances, storage space.  The 
building's main lobby was recently renovated, with new tile floors & 
furnishings.

Activities and Attractions

The treasure coast is known for its beautiful, unspoiled beaches and  
Hutchinson Island is one of the most impressive.  With both the  
Atlantic Ocean and the huge bay that forms part of the Intracoastal  
Waterway, you’ll find every water activity from snorkeling to  
sailing to shelling to surfing here.  You can try jet skiing, fish  
right on the beach, or just relax in the sunshine. 
 
The area features more than 60 golf courses within an hour drive. 
The Indian River area is also one of the finest saltwater fly  
fishing destinations in the world.  Enjoy bass fishing at Lake 
Okeechobee, rated one of the best bass lakes in the country. 
Great surf fishing for Bluefish, Pompano, Whiting, and Spanish will  
keep you on the beach during the winter months. Rivers and bridges  
will have all of the above plus Trout, Reds, Snook and more. 
 
Enjoy area restaurants, nightclubs and shopping – from small beach  
shops to three major shopping malls within a half hour drive. 
Visit local museums and other tourist attractions, including the  
Navy Seal Museum, the Elliot Museum, the Manatee Observation Area,  
Bathtub Beach/Reef, and Ft. Pierce Jai Alai.  The LA Dodgers (Vero 
Beach) and NY Mets (St. Lucie West) Spring Training Camps are about a 
30-minute drive.  Minor league affiliates of both teams also play a 
full season. 
 
The attractions of West Palm Beach are within an hour away.  
Disneyworld and other Orlando attractions are approximately 2 hours 
northeast, and Miami and The Everglades are less than 2 hours south.

90 Days Minimum Rental Period 
 
January through March:  $1,900.00 per month  
April through December: $1,200.00 per month 
   
Long term leases available. 
Non-smoking tenants only.

Security deposit of $1,000 payable at time of booking. 
Cleaning service fee of $75.00 payable at time of booking. 
First month's rent due prior to move-in.
