Vacation Rental Description

Are you looking for the perfect place to relax and enjoy fabulous 
Florida weather? Then look no further! Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 
bathroom home on the Island of Venice includes a two car garage and 
a screened in pool and lanai. The best part is that you are less 
than 2 blocks away from Venices' most beautiful private beach 
which is sure to enchant you. On this fabulous beach you  are sure 
to find the perfect spot for relaxing, nature watching and shark 
tooth hunting. 

The town of Venice is filled with charm and rich in cultural spirit. 
Graceful palms outline Venice Avenue which is filled with boutiques, 
shops, antique stores, coffee shops and cafes.        

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our home is tastefully furnished. There are two master bedrooms with 
adjoining bathrooms. The first master bedroom has a king size bed 
and the second master bedroom has queen size bed.  The third bedroom 
has two single pull out couches that can be used as a bed. The house 
is open plan, the beautiful kitchen has stainless steel appliances 
and looks out over the pool and lanai. 

Our home is fully furnished and is equipped with phone lines, cable 
TV, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, garbage 
disposal, washer and dryer.    

Activities and Attractions

This is an example of your day! Walk less than 2 blocks to a private 
beach and watch magnificient sunsets. Spend your time golfing, 
biking, jogging, bird watching and diving the reef that lies a 
quarter of a mile off-shore. Attend art festivals, craft fairs and 
parades that are held through out the year. Or gather at a  nearby 
beach  on Saturday night for a bon fire and free spirited " drums on 
the beach".

Vencie sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico midway between Tampa and 
Fort Myers. It is less than 20 minutes south of Sarasota and 1 1/2 
hours north of Fort Myers. It is just a wonderful location, close to 
Busch Gardens in Tampa and 1 1/2 hours from Walt Disney World, Sea 
World and Universal Studios.
