vacation rental description
The most beautiful view in the State of Maine! Bring your paints and
brushes and your camera to capture the sunsets over the dories and lobster boats and pointed firs of Port Clyde's inner harbor through two picture windows or from the deck that surrounds this house on three sides. This tight year-round house directly on the waterfront has three bedrooms (two twin-bedded, one king-size), one bath with tub and shower, large living room with dining table, fully-equipped eat-in kitchen. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave; cable TV, VCR, high-speed Internet access; bed, bath, and table linens give you the comforts of home in a scenic coastal fishing village.
house rental amenities
Built in 1971, this three-bedroom house with large living-dining room and eat-in kitchen is enhanced enormously by a deck that wraps around three sides, affording outdoor living space with spectacular harbor views. A grassy lawn slopes past an old (but recently restored) baitshed to an active lobsterman's dock on the edge of Herring Gut Harbor. Inside, bookshelves offer biographies, mysteries, novels, and histories, and a collection of videos, as well as some games and puzzles, provide evening entertainment. Port Clyde is a place to rest and relax, and to forget the cares of the world.
