Vacation Rental Description

historic downtown Venice, this beautiful one year old fully 
furnished ground floor condo offers a gorgeous master suite with 
King Bed with top of the line pillow top mattress and large en-suite 
bathroom and walk in closets.  The second bedroom has two twin beds, 
again with top of the line pillow top mattresses, and is essentially 
a private suite (pocket door closes off the passage hallway), 
offering privacy for guests. The Great Room includes comfortable 
seating and a wonderful reading chair with footstool. 

The kitchen is completely outfitted and includes top of the line GE 
Appliances: Glass Cooktop Range, Microwave, Dishwasher, and 
Refrigerator with ice maker. Extra Large Tile flooring througout the 
main area keeps cleaning to a minimum! Bedrooms and Great Room are 
carpeted for comfort.

The condo is fully furnished with brand new furniture and the 
expected conveniences of a luxury condo - cable TV and DVD player, 
CD player, front loading washer/dryer, linens, towels, beach chairs, 
and full range of kitchen accessories.

Also available are beach amenities, including extra large beach 
umbrella with sand auger, chairs, cooler, and beach towels.
