a block from great restaurants, shops & cafes on Pier Avenue, and is a quick 4 blocks to the Beach! 
The open great room has a very comfortable feel with an extra large 10' x 10' couch.  You can enjoy 
a good movie or game on the large LCD screen! This place has two master bedrooms with quality king 
size beds, and flat screen tv's in each room. You can have a BBQ on the patio, play basketball 
and/or tennis, or stroll out to town for great food and fun! Every Fridays there is the Hermosa 
Farmer's Market next door!  You can pick up fresh flowers, fresh organic produce, or have a 
delicious lunch!  This great Hermosa place is very comfortable and has what you need for an Awesome 
beach vacation!

Activities and Attractions

Hermosa Beach offers many fun activities including; surfing, beach volleyball, bicycling, walking, 
jogging, fishing, shopping, casual and fine dining, nightclubs, theatre, movies, sightseeing, or 
simply strolling along the beach or through town. With gorgeous weather year round, you can't help 
but smile and feel good! The home is just minutes walking distance to restaurants, cafes, bars, and 
shops. Hermosa Beach Pier is just a quick 4 blocks, and Manhattan Beach Pier is a 25 minute walk or 
a 10 minute bike ride.

The house is located 20 minutes to LAX International Airport.  It is centrally located for visits to 
Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Staples Center, LA Zoo, Sunset Boulevard, Hollywood hotspots and 
Rodeo Drive.

Vacation Rental Rates

January 1st to April 30th
$250 per night; $1500 per week; $5250 per month**

May 1 to Sept 30th & Holidays incl. Thanksgiving, Xmas & New Years.
$400 per night; $2250 per week; $7500 per month**
1 week minimum during June, July and August.

October 1st to December 31st, 2008 (excludes Holidays)
$275 per night; $1750 per week; $5750 per month**

Additionals:  Refundable Security Deposit $1000; Cleaning fee $250.

This is a non-smoking home. No pets allowed. A booking fee of $250 
will be taken at time of reservation which is used towards the 
cleaning fee. Balance is due 90 days before arrival. 2 night minimum 
stay.
