bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies,2 pools,terrace with custom made
bar,fully equiped, direct beach access, 
tennis and basketball courts, gym, sauna, 2 assigned parkings and 
more. Perfect for a family vacation or a weekend getaway in the 
northeast coast of Puerto Rico. Only 20 minutes from San Juan 
International Airport. Within 2 minutes of 2
golf courses, restaurants, 10 minutes from the shopping mall(Belz 
Outlets)and 20 minutes from world famous attractions such as El 
Yunque Rain Forest (waterfalls and natural swimming pools). Just 
minutes away from the town of Fajardo 
and ferries to the islands of Culebra and Vieques. Old San Juan is 
30 minutes away.
Fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen, dinning and living area. 
Comfortable for 8 persons. The three (3) rooms have air 
conditioners. Master bedroom with queen size bed and private 
bathroom. The two other bedrooms equiped with twin size bed and the 
other with bunk beds.
