On main canal only 3 minutes to direct acces to the Atlantic ocean (one block off) in the best fishing waters of the upper Keys.. also VERY IMPORTANT 14 minutes to the bay side through Tavernier Creek Cut/Channel. In quiet Blue Waters, E. of US 1, Modern, ONE STORY HOUSE, (5 steps off ground), everything handy, fenced, 3 bedrooms 2 baths, huge family room, large screened porch, 40' dock with fresh running ocean water, (not smelly still water) davits for up to 25' boat. cleaning fish station, on deepest canal where you can swim, boat or fish year round, also only canal with flashing marker out in the ocean, for easy access back to the house, GPS marine coordinates available, 18' island kitchen facing the water, vanity sit-in bathrooms, central a/c, Wi-Fi Internet service available, ceramic tile, laundry, lots of closets, well stocked of furniture, pots, pans, linen, near everything, only one mile to Harry Harris Beach/Park boat launching, big shopping center, buses, movies, churches, Mariner Hospital and much more.
