with DVD Player. All Linens are provided. All Stainless Steel
appliances including a side by side refrigerator/freezer. Gas Grill
on Deck along with patio table and chairs. Close to downtown
and Embarcadero (shops and restaurants)and Harbor and beautiful beach.
(3 blocks walking distance).

Gorgeous new OCEAN VIEW townhouse with all new everything! Large leather
recliner and large sofa in living room. Flat Screen T.V. with DVD
player. Television in Master and 1 guest bedroom. 2 Beautiful Decks,
one has a gas grill and patio table and chairs. Walking distance to
Embarcadero and Morro Bay Harbour, beach and downtown! Parking
available for two cars.
Beach towels are not provided-PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN. NO PETS/NO
SMOKING ALLOWED.

Vacation Rental Rates
$1500.00 - $2100.00 weekly
Nightly - $225.00 Minumum of 3 nights (Sepember 15 - May 14)
Nightly - $275.00 Minimum of 4 nights (May 15 - September 14)
3 month - winter rental rate $3300.00 per month - includes utilities & cable
6 month - winter rental rate $3000.00 per month - includes utilities & cable
Holiday rates available upon request
Security Deposit $750.00
Cleaning Fee $150.00
To reserve a townhouse contact our office (M-F 8AM to
11AM)or email us. 50% deposit required upon booking. 30 days prior to arrival,
balance, taxes plus security deposit are due. Cancellations less
than 21 days prior to arrival are nonrefundable.
